What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive Revenue: Book group business and surpass budgeted targets.
  • Prospect with Purpose: Engage in daily outreach to identify new business opportunities.
  • Showcase the Resort: Conduct impactful site inspections and host familiarization trips for clients.
  • Expand Your Reach: Travel locally and nationally to build relationships, attend trade shows, and host client entertainment.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations and leadership to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Exceed Expectations: Provide top-notch service and follow-up throughout the sales process to secure repeat business.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of hotel sales experience.
  • Expert Knowledge: Familiarity with Delphi, Amadeus Advance, Salesforce, and/or CVent.
  • Chicago-Based Professional: Residency in the Chicago area with the ability to travel.
  • Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Dynamic Personality: Outgoing, assertive, self-motivated, and ready to inspire others.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
