Join one of Chicago’s top fine-dining establishments! We’re looking for an outgoing, polished Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale operation. If you're passionate about exceptional service and have strong leadership skills, this is your opportunity to grow with a premier restaurant group.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant (8M+ in revenue).
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff, ensuring excellent guest experiences.
  • Uphold restaurant standards, health compliance, and team performance.
  • Take initiative and drive efficiency with a hands-on leadership style.
  • Represent the restaurant with a polished, suit-and-tie appearance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership with a focus on service and guest satisfaction.
  • P&L knowledge a plus, but not required.
  • Strong wine, beer, and spirits knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with energy and ownership.
