Hotel Spa Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a luxury spa with 10 treatment rooms, ensuring seamless delivery of world-class guest experiences
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of spa professionals with a hands-on approach
- Develop and implement service offerings, staff training programs, and guest care standards to align with the spa's mission of total body wellness
- Monitor budgets, manage inventory, and ensure operational efficiency
Hotel Spa Manager Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury spa environment
- Proven ability to inspire and lead teams with a collaborative and proactive leadership style
- Strong understanding of luxury spa services and operations
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
