We are seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager that has experience in a large, multi-outlet, multi-use event facility in the Phoenix area.

Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS MULTI-OUTLET EVENT KITCHEN MANAGEMENT
  • Must be a very strong leader, used to high volume ($12M+) multi-concept, Multi-Unit
  • Solid knowledge of event food preparation
  • ServSafe Certified a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, a PLUS!
  • New Openings a plus

Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Event Kitchen Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Event Kitchen operations
  • Ensure excellent food quality and manage ordering, receiving, prep, timing, holding, and food costs
  • Train & develop the event kitchen team
  • Report to and coordinate with Sr. Kitchen manager
  • Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and safe work practices
