We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead our F&B event sales and drive revenue growth across social and corporate bookings. This role is critical in developing strategic sales initiatives, managing a high-performing team, and cultivating key relationships to expand our market presence. Sales Director Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a sales team, providing coaching, performance management, and goal-setting to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive lead generation, improve conversion rates, and enhance brand reputation.
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and event planners to expand business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to create tailored event packages and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to track performance, optimize strategies, and drive continuous growth.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences to increase visibility and build strong partnerships.

Sales Director Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hospitality sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a sales team.
  • Strong background in corporate and social event sales, with a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with internal teams and external clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management tools, and event management software (e.g., Tripleseat, Teamwork).
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
