Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, multi-state restaurant operation? We're seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Restaurant Accounting Manager to join our team. This role offers a chance to lead essential financial processes while collaborating with leadership to drive success across multiple locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and reporting for senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including payroll, sales, and other state filings
  • Manage operational licenses and permits, such as food, beverage, and entertainment
  • Collaborate with external auditors and accountants to ensure financial accuracy and handle annual audits
  • Analyze expense trends and identify areas for cost optimization
  • Lead payroll processing and improve systems for efficiency
