Your Role:
- Lead a high-energy kitchen team in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Execute a menu blending grill favorites and authentic Caribbean flavors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and airport regulations.
- Manage inventory, budgets, cost controls, and staff schedules.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and airport management to deliver exceptional service.
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, or similar role in a high-volume setting.
- Familiarity with grill menus and Caribbean cuisine.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Eligibility to pass a criminal background check and obtain a security clearance.
