Your Role:

• Lead a high-energy kitchen team in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Execute a menu blending grill favorites and authentic Caribbean flavors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and airport regulations.
• Manage inventory, budgets, cost controls, and staff schedules.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and airport management to deliver exceptional service.

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, or similar role in a high-volume setting.
• Familiarity with grill menus and Caribbean cuisine.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Eligibility to pass a criminal background check and obtain a security clearance.
