Senior Registered Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our office team while overseeing and managing both field and office technicians
• Prepare competitive land surveying proposals, including scopes of work and pricing
• Conduct boundary and topographic surveys, construction layouts, subdivision plats, and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys
• Utilize GPS, Robotic Total Station, and Data Collectors with proficiency
• Analyze and process post-survey field data
• Coordinate and schedule surveying department personnel on a weekly basis
• Address survey-related inquiries from CGA Municipal Clients
• Review and provide feedback on survey, plat, and site plan documents for Development Review Committees (DRC) for Municipal Clients
• Deliver high-quality service and maintain strong client relationships

Senior Registered Surveyor Requirements:

• Registered Professional Surveyor Mapper (PSM) in Florida, Required
• At least 10 years of experience in the field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of field survey operations, engineering, and the construction industry
• Proven ability to meet project deadlines while staying within budget
• Driven to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Experienced with advanced laser scanning, GPS equipment, and traditional survey tools
• Familiarity with new survey technologies to continuously innovate solutions for projects
• Expertise in boundary land surveying, platting, right-of-way and highway surveys, as-built and construction surveys, topographic/design surveys, GPS technology, easement preparation, legal descriptions, and route design surveys
