Our client is seeking a Remote Loan Officer who is licensed in FL, to engage clients in the home buying process. If you are experienced, thrive by working from home, and enjoy building your book of business, we want to hear from you!

Remote Loan Officer Compensation and Benefits:

  • This is a 100% commission based platform with first year earnings expected to be over $80k

Remote Loan Officer Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Loan Officer/Originator
  • Strong understanding of loan products, lines, and compliance
  • Portable client portfolio
  • Superb interpersonal skills to communicate with people where they're at
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Active NMLS license

Remote Loan Officer Responsibilities:

  • Assess Loan Applications: Review loan applications and supporting financial documents, including income verification, credit reports, and business plans to determine the applicant’s eligibility for loans.
  • Client Interaction: Meet with potential borrowers to discuss their financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
  • Evaluate Creditworthiness: Analyze the applicant's credit history, income, and other financial factors to determine risk and eligibility.
  • Loan Processing: Prepare and process loan documentation, ensuring that all legal and compliance requirements are met.
  • Risk Management: Ensure that loan applications are in compliance with applicable lending laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Customer Support: Provide guidance and advice to borrowers throughout the loan process, from application to approval and disbursement.
  • Market Loans: Promote loan products to individuals, businesses, and other potential borrowers. Generate leads through networking and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Update Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications and decisions.
