Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
2-3 Years of Manager experience in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant concept
Strong communication, organization, and an analytical approach that allows for efficient problem-solving and effective management of multiple business relationships
Strong goal-setting and proactive project management
Previous experience in leading the development of teams in a diverse organization
Exemplify a humble approach to learning new systems and processes, while enjoying the hands-on nature and engaging aspects of high-volume people-focused operations!
Drive-thru experience a plus!
