Are you a hard-working, detail-oriented Event Sales Manager who loves to sell? Our Event Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through the planning, promotion, and execution of Corporate events. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, building relationships with partners and vendors, and ensuring every client receives personalized service. Event Sales Manager Qualifications/Responsibilites:

  • 5-6 years of experience in event sales/event planning
  • Proven record of driving sales, and meeting targets
  • Established a network of clients and event planners in the DFW area
  • Passion for guest experience, live music, an craft beer is a plus
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the local and regional market landscape, including customer demographics
  • Develop tailored sales packets and marketing collateral that effectively communicate the unique offerings of Windmills, aligning with both the venue’s ethos and customer requirements
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
