Professional Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage email, phone, calendar, and priorities for the CEO
- Represent & communicate with clients and business leaders across several verticals professionally
- Manage social media and community relations. Primarily video and influencer type formats.
- Manage and Organize To-Do’s for the CEO
- Organize and File Digital Documents, Videos, and Photography
- Provide general secretary support
- Other duties as assigned
Professional Assistant Qualifications:
- Pleasant, can-do attitude
- Mental, Physical, and Healthy Lifestyle is a very important priority with this company
- Skills in writing / effective communications
- MS Office Suite knowledge
- Social Media / Video / Influencer Knowledge
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience within a professional services firm or comparable role.
- Required to pass Federal Background check
- Will Read and help enact the methods of the following books:
- David Allen: Getting Things Done
- Michael Hyatt: Your World-Class Assistant
