We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Upscale/Fine Dining General Manager for a brewery, restaurant, and music venue! The ideal candidate will have a passion for live music, will have an unwavering commitment to excellence, will possess a broad worldview, and will get excited about driving a team-focused culture and environment.

General Manager Qualifications
- 8-10 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, with high-volume experience in upscale restaurants and bars
- Proven track record of driving sales through a commitment to excellent food, beverage, service, and entertainment
- Appreciation for craft beer and live music are a plus
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to lead and inspire
General Manager Expectations and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of dining, brewery, and live music offerings
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop and high-performing team with a team-focused approach
- Uphold the highest standards of excellence in all aspects of the operation
- Lead with an entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit, working across departments to assure the highest level offerings
- MUST be willing to treat the business like it is their own, upholding the vision and ethos of the space and the owners
