We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team and grow with us. This is a year-round opportunity to work with a family-run restaurant that values leadership, dedication, and the desire to thrive in the hospitality industry.

General Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with a strong track record of tenure
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Approachability and a supportive leadership style that fosters trust and open communication with the team
  • Proven ability to "Lead by Example"

General Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in scheduling and managing Front-of-House (FOH) staff
  • Proficiency in ordering and managing beverage inventory (liquor, wine, beer, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively manage the dining area to ensure a seamless guest experience
