We are seeking a dynamic and experience Event Sales Manager to help drive revenue by securing corporate events, and other private and customized parties. The ideal candidate will be excited about the opportunity to build out an events program, and will be a team-player in collaborating across departments to maintain brand standards and reputation.

Event Sales Manager Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in event sales/event planning
- Proven record of driving sales, and meeting targets
- Established network of clients and event planners in the DFW area
- Passion for guest experience, live music, an craft beer is a plus
Event Sales Manager Expectations and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to understand the local and regional market landscape, including customer demographics
- Develop tailored sales packets and marketing collateral that effectively communicate the unique offerings of Windmills, aligning with both the venue’s ethos and customer requirements
- Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Oversee all event logistics, including vendor management, catering arrangements, AV support, décor, and entertainment
- Work with the chef team and brewery teams to optimize event menus that align with client needs and drive profitability
