Artist Booking and Experience Manager Qualifications
- Understands the process and creation of art
- Proven experience in artist booking and performance/event planning
- Excellent communicator and ability to foster relationships with artists, guests, and internal teams
- Passion for live music and for art
- Ability to work nights and weekends, as performance schedule requires
Artist Booking and Experience Manager Expectations and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with artist management and booking agents to ensure the highest quality talent for Windmills, eventually leading to a full calendar year of events
- Manage artist riders, including food, drinks, and technical requirements, and serve as Point of Contact when artists are in town, making sure the artist has a warm and memorable experience
- Consistently gauge audience interest to book talent that increases attendance and engages audiences
- Collaborate with internal teams for marketing of events, and execution of all technical requirements
