Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager
Are you a creative, social media-savvy marketer ready to make an impact? Join a growing restaurant brand and help shape its marketing efforts across digital and traditional platforms!
What You’ll Do:
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more, including ad campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
- Manage community interactions, influencer partnerships, and app promotions to boost customer loyalty and traffic.
- Develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to elevate brand visibility.
- Oversee PR efforts, franchise marketing, and LinkedIn updates to grow partnerships and audience reach.
- Analyze KPIs and campaign results to optimize strategies and performance.
- Travel to New Store Openings and Developing Markets as needed to promote and support the brand
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design (master’s preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in restaurant franchising or digital marketing.
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, social media campaigns, and data analysis.
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Event planning experience and a strategic, innovative mindset.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a huge plus
