Project Manager Benefits:

  • Salary $135-$150K
  • Company-paid LT&D

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of jobs through completion of work, including documentation and upper management updates
  • Assist with project operations as needed, including scheduling, budgeting, and oversight
  • Create precise estimates using your attention to detail, knowledge of the material, labor, and vendor relation
  • Maintain relationships with key contacts in the construction industry

Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience required in Construction Project Management: multi-family, commercial, and hospitality
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Ideally, in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week as needed
  • 30%-50% Travel to other Western states as needed for projects
