Six-Month Seasonal Beachside Restaurant Manager

This upscale, beachside restaurant and bar is seeking Operations Managers to lead their front of house team for the 2025 season. A fantastic weekly salary, free housing, and sunsets await!

Six-Month Seasonal Beachside Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Exceed guest expectations while creating memorable experiences
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus
  • Administrative duties, scheduling, cash handling, etc.
  • Training, development, and mentorship of line-level staff

Six-Month Seasonal Beachside Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-volume upscale or fine-dining
  • 2-3 years in restaurant management
  • Servant-leader mentality
  • Dependable, professional, and polished
