Seasonal Restaurant General Manager

This unique, upscale, coastal restaurant is seeking a polished General Manager to lead its team for the 2025 season. Above market weekly salary, housing, and sunsets could be in your future – apply today!

Seasonal Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

Seasonal Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences
  • Coach, train, mentor your team
  • Financial management and administrative duties
  • Training, development, and mentorship of line-level staff

Seasonal Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience leading J1 and H2B employees
  • 3-5 years as a General Manager in upscale or fine dining
  • Wine and spirit knowledge a huge plus
  • Leadership mentality, dependable, professional, and polished
