Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Infuse creativity and passion into your work while maintaining a positive attitude
- Take a proactive approach to achieve company goals in sales, service, and appearance
- Foster a positive, fun, and productive workplace culture
- Manage food costs, inventory, labor costs, and cleanliness effectively
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager
- Strong team-building and motivational skills
- Solid culinary expertise
- Proficiency in P&L management
