Quick Service Restaurant Manager Opportunity
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our team's daily operations. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and have a talent for creating exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Train and develop a high-performing team.
- Lead restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and guest services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive sales and profitability through innovative strategies.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager. Does not have to be fast food but preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good tenure.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
