We’re seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our team's daily operations. Assistant General Manager Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Experience – 3+ years in quick-service management (must have drive-thru experience)
- Leadership – Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team
- Financial Management – Oversee costs, inventory, and profitability
- Operations – Maintain high standards in restaurant policies and procedures
- Supervisory Skills – Proven success managing staff in a high-volume environment
