We're Coming to Miami!
Join our world-class team as we bring our renowned restaurant and entertainment experience to the U.S. for the first time! With successful venues in London, Madrid, Dubai, and Monte Carlo, we’re excited to launch our flagship Miami location.
Our venue will be a high-energy, multi-floor restaurant featuring live music and DJs on the 2nd and 3rd floors. To ensure a flawless opening and continued success, we’re seeking a passionate Assistant Director of Operations to join our team. If you’ve led large-scale openings before, you know the dedication and fulfillment it brings—and we’re looking for someone with that drive and expertise!
The Ideal Candidate:
- Brings a strong background in upscale, high-volume restaurant operations.
- Excels in delivering consistent, exceptional guest experiences.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Proven experience managing annual sales volumes of $20M+.
- Stable career history with solid tenures (no job-hopping).
- Extensive background in high-volume food and beverage operations.
- Certifications such as TIPs, CrowdSafe, allergen safety, and CPR are a plus.
