Immigration Attorney Qualifications:

  • Must have 3–5 years of immigration experience with legal firms
  • Exceptional drafting and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within deadlines.
  • Highly experienced with legal processes involving visas.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in case preparation and documentation.

Immigration Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage immigration matters within the legal firm.
  • Collaborate with Partners on immigration cases, and clients.
  • Provide exceptional legal services while adhering to deadlines and client expectations.
  • Must be highly organized, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously with precision
