Immigration Attorney Qualifications:
- Must have 3–5 years of immigration experience with legal firms
- Exceptional drafting and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within deadlines.
- Highly experienced with legal processes involving visas.
- Must be highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in case preparation and documentation.
Immigration Attorney Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage immigration matters within the legal firm.
- Collaborate with Partners on immigration cases, and clients.
- Provide exceptional legal services while adhering to deadlines and client expectations.
- Must be highly organized, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously with precision
Immigration Attorney Benefits:
