A start-up non-alcohol beer brand, which is part of a family of mission-driven products, is seeking an experienced COO to join their team and make an immediate impact by providing the entrepreneurial drive that will drive the brand across the USA.
This company has a mission of giving back to the community in unique ways and would like someone aligned with this mentality that brings executive experience in the Beverage market.
President/COO Responsibilities:
- Manage non-alcoholic beer division of multi-product company
- Oversee successful development of non-alcohol beer brand across existing and new market segments
- Develop mission driven strategies to enhance brand reputation
- Hire, develop and oversee staff as needed
President/COO Qualifications:
- Experience in start up & corporate beverage industry
- Demonstrated experience in beverage distribution and brand development
- Experience with accounting and project management software
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset
President/COO Salary & Benefits:
