We are a leading venture capital investment firm dedicated to fostering meaningful connections between institutional investors and founders. Our events inspire collaboration and innovation, and we’re seeking an experienced Event Logistics and Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless execution and exceptional stakeholder engagement. This role works closely with our Marketing, Investor Relations, and Executive Assistant teams to deliver exceptional events for investors and portfolio companies.

Event Logistics and Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Lead logistics for events such as conferences, summits, AGMs, webinars, and dinners, including planning, supplier coordination, and on-site management.
  • Collaborate with event organizers to secure sponsorships, booth spaces, and other necessary arrangements while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage event marketing tasks, including creating campaigns, maintaining RSVP lists, and providing white-glove service to priority guests.
  • Oversee guest and speaker logistics, including transportation, accommodations, visa letters, and approvals, ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees.
  • Develop detailed itineraries, coordinate on-site production, and manage event aesthetics, collateral, and digital content to deliver exceptional events.

Event Logistics and Operations Coordinator Requirements:

  • Heavy Investor Relations experience required.
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in event planning or coordination, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience working with institutional investors and founders is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe, Notion, and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Candidate must live in the San Fransisco area
