Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in restaurants, bakeries, or food related retail.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and LSM.
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage the marketing calendar, aligning promotions with seasonal trends and company goals.
- Oversee digital and social media marketing, including content creation and engagement.
- Implement LSM initiatives, coordinating promotions and community partnerships.
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and brand growth.
