Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in restaurants, bakeries, or food related retail.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and LSM.
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the marketing calendar, aligning promotions with seasonal trends and company goals.
  • Oversee digital and social media marketing, including content creation and engagement.
  • Implement LSM initiatives, coordinating promotions and community partnerships.
  • Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and brand growth.
