Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Mentor, motivate, and develop your team to achieve their best
- Oversee and drive the restaurant's daily operations and workflow
- Ensure exceptional quality of service for all guests
- Manage inventory and labor costs within a budget framework
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a General Manager
- Availability to work all meal periods: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Deep commitment to strategic planning and operational excellence
- Strong attention to detail — the little things matter!
- Ability to independently address and resolve operational challenges
