One of Jacksonville’s finest steakhouses is now looking for an Assistant General Manager – Fine Dining to deliver an exceptional dining experience and build a world-class team.

Fine Dining Assistant General Manager Responsibilities & Duties

  • Hire, train, and mentor staff, creating schedules and ensuring seamless front-of-house operations
  • Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures, upholding strict cleanliness and organizational standards
  • Ensure superb customer satisfaction by coordinating with the back-of-house team and resolving guest concerns
  • Manage financials including cash handling, inventory, expenses, and sales reporting
  • Maintain a polished fine-dining atmosphere, emphasizing strong wine knowledge (Sommelier preferred) and impeccable service
  • Champion a positive work culture that aligns with company objectives, minimizing turnover and nurturing talent
