Ready to ensure top-tier airworthiness, safety, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic aviation maintenance environment? We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our internal evaluation program and maintain the highest industry standards.
Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities & Duties
- Direct and audit all QA personnel, including inspectors and auditors, to maintain strict adherence to aviation regulations and company standards
- Oversee vendor listings by conducting scheduled audits, and recommend permanent corrective actions for identified discrepancies
- Review company manuals, training files, and employment summaries to ensure compliance with FAA requirements (FAR 145) and internal guidelines
- Liaise with the FAA and other regulatory agencies on all certification and inspection matters, ensuring the repair station meets airworthiness standards
- Monitor calibration programs, tagging processes, and work-in-progress documentation to prevent the use of unserviceable parts
- Maintain integrity and security of electronic recordkeeping, ensuring all technical data is accurately recorded and easily accessible for audits
