Seeking a Clinical Success Manager for growing critical care medical device company in our NY/NJ territory expansion. Are you a licensed RN in good standing with experience in critical care? Do you like to travel for work? Come join our dynamic team and help our hospital clients improve patient outcomes!
Clinical Success Manager Responsibilities
- Travel to clients within territory to integrate processes and train on product use
- Liaise with clients and home office to coordinate fixes, streamline processes
- Followup with clients and team members in a timely manner, representing the company professionally
Clinical Success Manager Requirements
- RN/BSN with active license in good standing
- Trained in and comfortable with working in an ICU/Critical Care setting within client hospital accounts
- Able to work Hybrid workstyle – Home/Office/Hospital Clients – Up to 25% travel
