Sales Executive – HR Benefits Industry

What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $110k – $130k
- Uncapped Commission: OTE of $145k at 100% quota
- Benefits: Stock options, 401k, comprehensive healthcare, medical travel benefits, and more

- Perks: IRS mileage reimbursement, $75/day client entertainment budget, and a marketing budget for hosting events
What You Bring:
- Established relationships with employer benefit brokers in the mid-to-large market segment (25-50 clients; group sizes of 250-10,000 lives)
- 5+ years of experience selling HR-tech or employee benefit solutions through broker channels
- Proven success in lead generation and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong knowledge of health insurance (Consumer Driven Health) and employee benefits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales automation tools (Gong, Zoom, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed sales targets within your assigned region
- Manage broker-driven sales pipelines effectively
- Generate leads through cold calling and networking
- Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders
- Partner with health insurance brokers, benefits consultants, general agencies, and RIAs
- Gather and share market insights to drive growth
