Chief Operations Officer Requirements:
- 5-10 years of full-time COO or similar executive level experience in healthcare operations
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field
- A combination of a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of healthcare experience may be considered
- Passion for serving the healthcare needs of underserved communities
- Workforce development experience
Chief Operations Officer Responsibilities:
- Reports to and partners with the CEO to advance the vision and mission of the company
- Guides and manages the daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all clinics
- Strategic planning for company growth and success
- Oversee all required licensing for clinical operations
- Promote professional growth and development opportunities for staff members
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance community engagement and partnerships
