Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and high-energy experience
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate staff for outstanding results
- Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring quality service
- Manage expenses and find ways to boost efficiency and profitability
- Plan and execute events to showcase our brand and create memorable guest experiences
- Continuously evaluate and enhance guest interactions
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, including food, beverage, and events
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with financial management and restaurant software is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and liquor regulations
- A positive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
