As a Business Development Manager, you’ll generate revenue by connecting with new leads, driving sales, and building relationships with automotive dealers. We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on helping auto dealerships boost sales through SEO, SEM, and social advertising.

Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Total Comp = 50% Base salary + 50% commission potential targeting $120-$150K
  • Unlimited PTO, all federal holidays observed, and last calendar week of the year off
  • 401K with 3% match
  • HSA/FSA plans if eligible
  • Full Medical, Dental, Vision

Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • 3+ years in digital marketing sales.
  • 5+ years selling into the auto industry.
  • Drive new business through outbound sales (calls, emails, in-person).
  • Present digital marketing solutions and demonstrate value.
  • Qualify leads and build strong relationship through onboarding new clients and transition them to the Customer Experience team.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Remote role with some travel
