Associate Attorney -Banking & Finance Qualifications:

  • Graduated from a nationally recognized law school in the top 10% of their class, been on the law review, moot court, or trial team
  • Minimum 4 years of experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings and syndicated credit facilities
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, meaningful professional experience, and passion to assume significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skills, be comfortable working directly with clients and work well with others
  • Must be admitted to The Georgia Bar or eligible for admission in the near future.
