We are a growing restaurant group looking for a Controller to join the family. This person must have previous restaurant Controller experience. If you are looking for a company where you will love going to work, this is the place!

Controller Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Accounting/Finance degree required and CPA preferred
  • 5 plus years of experience as a Controller within the restaurant industry
  • Revenue experience of at least 50MM
  • GAAP Accounting
  • Manage the daily finances of the company location
  • Drive overall company profitability
  • Great at developing people and helping them achieve their goals
  • Manage multiple departments
  • Organized and strategic, strong communicator, and team player
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Hands-on role – must be a doer while managing a team
  • Strong focus on managing financial operations and cost improvements
  • Able to think critically and assess data
  • Energetic leadership personality
