Restaurant Director of Operations

Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 + Bonus
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of operational excellence? A thriving, restaurant group in the San Antonio area is seeking a Restaurant Director of Operations to help drive growth, elevate culture, and solidify our position as an employer of choice.

What We’re Looking For:
- Location: Candidates must be located within 100 miles of San Antonio, TX. (No relocation candidates, please.)
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a General Manager or higher-level role, preferably with high-quality, service-driven restaurant groups.
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and lead diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Operational Expertise: A track record of driving efficiency, achieving sales goals, and maintaining excellence in customer experience.
