Supply Chain Manager
Located in San Diego, CA, our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize their supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in enhancing efficiency, fostering vendor relationships, and contributing to the advancement of innovative technologies in the mobility industry.

Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage procurement, inventory, scheduling, and distribution processes for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate advantageous contracts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Supply Chain Manager Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management or a related leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, best practices, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, with APICS certifications strongly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an industrial environment around machinery and equipment.
- Physical capacity to sit, stand, walk, and lift materials for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel for vendor inspections and foster a safe, inclusive workplace aligned with the company's values of innovation and excellence.
