We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team, oversee kitchen operations, and deliver outstanding dining experiences for our guests, including corporate and personal events.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
• Develop and curate innovative menus tailored to a variety of dining experiences, including in-house restaurants, banquets, and special events
• Collaborate with event planners to design customized menus for corporate functions, weddings, and private events
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
• Work closely with hotel management to enhance guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards

Executive Chef Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel or luxury hospitality setting
• Proven expertise in managing high-volume kitchens, including banquet and event catering
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to inspire a team
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and fine dining standards
• Experience developing and managing budgets, food costs, and operational efficiencies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments
