Exciting opportunity to join a top-tier organization offering exceptional earning potential and employee ownership opportunities. We are seeking a talented Licensed Land Surveyor to lead and manage diverse projects in the Catskills and Hudson Valley region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage projects and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead and mentor a team to successfully deliver project outcomes.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including writing proposals, managing clients, coordinating contractors, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and leadership on multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 3–4+ years of professional land survey experience.
  • Project Management: 2–3+ years of experience managing projects from start to finish.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD 2004, Civil 3D, and related technologies.
  • Licensure: Valid Land Surveyor License.
  • Demonstrated skills in calculations, determinations, and technical reviews to bring projects to successful completion.
