Bar Manager Opportunity
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Bar Manager to lead our team's daily operations. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and have a talent for creating exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and guest services.
- Train and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive sales and profitability through innovative strategies.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Bar of restaurant manager role.
- Full service background.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
