We are looking for an Ecommerce Systems Administrator for our growing company. This is a hybrid role, working in the office two days a week and from home three days a week. This person will be the go-to expert for maintaining and optimizing their Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Ecommerce Systems Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the VP of Product and Tech to define business requirements and workflows for Shopify, WMS, and other system integrations
  • Configure, maintain and optimize WMS and troubleshoot and resolve operations system issues
  • Collaborate with the operations and technology teams to define and implement system settings, workflows, and integrations with Shopify and shipping carriers
  • Inventory management – weekly forecasting on existing products and new product launches
  • Manage and respond to customer reviews.

Ecommerce Systems Administrator Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience working on ecommerce platforms, WMS, Shopify, SQL, Powershell, Python and Linnworks expertise or high usability
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and experience in training and supporting team members

Ecommerce Systems Administrator Compensation:

  • Competitive salary in the $75K – $95K range and hybrid role
  • Health insurance paid at 100% by the employer, HSA
  • PTO of 16 days; 10 paid holidays and pet insurance
