We have an exciting new opening for a new retail store in Wheatridge, Colorado. If you have at least 2 years management and retail sales experience, do not miss this opportunity! We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 with weekly, monthly and annual sales performance bonus.
RETAIL SALES MANAGER BENEFITS:
- Solid salary range of $55,000 to $65,000
- Weekly, monthly and annual sales performance bonuses

RETAIL SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ownership mentality
- Solid team building skills
- 2-3 years of retail sales experience
- New store opening experience a plus
- Marketing skills a big plus – social media
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Expertise hiring, onboarding, training and mentoring skills
- Event planning expertise a plus
- Must have a flexible schedule – store hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week
RETAIL SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for retail sales
- Will be responsible for hiring, training and mentoring your team
- Scheduling and inventory
- Event planning
- Marketing and increasing sales
