Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Qualifications:
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues with professionalism
- Oversee operations, including food quality, staff scheduling, and steps of service
- Manage P&L to maximize profits and ensure efficient operations
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Support the FOH team and coordinate with BOH operations to meet restaurant goals
- 2+ years of Manager experience in full-service dining
- Hands-on leadership with a focus on team development
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Strong BOH knowledge and operational skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Attention to detail and excellent communication
