Director of Food Service Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of campus/healthcare experience
- Creating business plans, budgets, and projects that add value and innovation
- Clear communication from the top down, including client and District Manager
- Coach, Develop, and Mentor staff
- Identify Sales and Revenue opportunities
- Execute special catering events held on a repeated basis
- ie: monthly, weekly, daily
