About Us:
We are an industry-leading provider of wear-resistant solutions, specializing in welding, brazing, and coating technologies to maximize machinery performance and extend equipment lifespan in heavy industries. As we grow, we are looking for 3-4 talented Key Account Sales Managers to help us develop strategic accounts and drive revenue growth across multiple U.S. regions.
What You’ll Do:
As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will:
Drive Market Growth – Expand the reach of wear services solutions (CDP wearplate, Castotube, LaserClad, etc.) within mining, cement, steel, pulp & paper, and OEM sectors.
Develop Strategic Accounts – Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including maintenance managers, engineers, and purchasing teams.
Business Development – Identify and analyze customer pain points, propose tailored solutions, and develop messaging to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
Technical Consultation – Provide expertise on wear-resistant products, maintenance solutions, and application design, ensuring clients get the best possible solution.
CRM & Pipeline Management – Maintain a detailed opportunity pipeline in Dynamics CRM, track progress, and report weekly updates to leadership.
Cross-Regional Collaboration – Share best practices and technical strategies with teams across different regions to enhance overall business performance.
Industry Engagement – Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry workshops, positioning us as a go-to provider in wear protection solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Industry Expertise: 10-15 years of sales or technical experience in wear services, welding, mining, steel, cement, or other heavy industries.
Strong Technical Background: Comfortable discussing wear solutions, engineering applications, and maintenance strategies with industry professionals.
Sales & Business Acumen: Proven ability to develop key accounts, generate new business, and meet revenue targets.
Communication & Relationship Building: Ability to engage maintenance managers, engineers, and procurement teams, translating technical solutions into business value.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using Dynamics CRM or similar tools to track sales activities and manage opportunities.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel 50-60% for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
