Join our leading company in the beauty sector as we seek a seasoned Vice President of Marketing Analytics to enhance our dynamic team in sunny Southern Florida (no remote or hybrid options). This role demands a professional well-versed in digital marketing, ready to drive impactful strategies and deliver outstanding results.

Requirements for the VP of Marketing Analytics:

  • Must be willing to work ONSITE (no remote or hybrid options) in Southern Florida
  • Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing with a focus on boosting customer acquisition within a rapidly growing e-commerce or digitally-driven environment, managing annual revenues between $50 million and $150 million
  • Recent experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketing within the last two years, specifically targeting direct-to-consumer (DTC) products that are not widely recognized brands
  • Proven track record managing marketing teams with more than $1 million in monthly advertising expenditure on platforms like Meta for a single brand
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SQL is an advantage. Must feel at ease with large datasets and have a solid grasp of statistical analysis principles
  • Proven ability to strategize and manage marketing budgets while assessing performance metrics
  • Experienced in various attribution models and their effectiveness (e.g., MMM, MCA, etc.)

Compensation Package for the VP of Marketing Analytics:

  • Attractive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000
