Hotel General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Proven track record of strong communication with the ability to motivate and inspire the team
• Embrace and cultivate a positive working environment
• Set an example of delivering detailed high-end service to our valued guests
• Create and maintain budgets and full financial responsibility of the property
• Collaborate with Department Heads to define goals and objectives
• Ensure that all departments of the hotel are meeting regulation, licensing laws, and company standards
